Balance Honored to Receive Top Customer Service Award

Tracy Betts and Jill Kurtz accept the Top Hat Service Award presented by Eric Williams.Balance is honored to be this year's recipient of the Arthur E. Morrissette Top Hat Service Award. This award recognizes us for superior service to clients and for contributions to the Greater Springfield community.

The award was presented on Dec. 10 by past-president Eric Williams at the 2009 Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce Annual Business Awards. Jill Kurtz and I accepted the award on behalf of the Balance team.

I want to thank our clients who submitted nominations on our behalf. We appreciate the recognition of our work.
