Our next interviewee for this series is with Digital Strategist, Anne Mader. Anne has been with Balance Interactive for 10 months and is an avid mountain biker with a knack for being able to get to the bottom of any problem and provide engaging ways to solve them.
When you first launched your website, it seemed to meet your needs and be an asset to the business.
Over time, however, things change, and a website that once supported your organizational objectives will often morph into something that actually works against you achieving your business goals. Today, your company doesn’t just need a website...it needs a well-designed, easily navigable, engaging website that meets the needs of your customers and your business alike.
- Get your accounts in order. A lot of services are changed right at launch. Sometimes these services haven't been touched in years, so it is easy to lose track of your login information. When we launch some of the accounts we are changing or applying to the new site can include: Google Analytics, Domain Name Server, SSL Certificate, etc... To avoid scrambling at the last minute for this information, this is something we can be proactive about to prep for launch.
The web is undergoing a massive re-architecture, driven by the explosion of mobile devices and applications, the requirement to deliver personalized experiences to every customer, and the demands on organizations to embrace digital transformation.
