FA Design Build, a company that provides solutions for interior design, remodeling, and new home projects for Washington DC area customers, needed a website to market its services and highlight its work. When a person enters the website the customer relationship begins. The Contact Us page features phone numbers, store locations, and an easy-to-use web form. The customer has the ability to make contact with FA Design Build from any page on the website. Building the customer relationship online has translated to increased sales.

Implementation of WordPress as the CMS

Balance Interactive implemented FA Design Build’s website using WordPress as the content management system. The WordPress implementation provides an easy way to maintain content and photos without having to know HTML. And, the ever-growing number of widgets developed for WordPress ensures that FA Design Build’s website can reach its customers in new and innovative ways.
