About the Project

Information Innovators (Triple-i) is a growing government contractor that provides IT services and solutions. The company needed a website that could grow as rapidly as its customer base. Triple-i came to Balance Interactive to develop a web platform that would reflect the company now and into the future. The Balance team provided a full-service solution that addressed their needs from strategy, to design, to information architecture, to scalability to ease of administration.

Showcase Expertise

The Information Innovators home page allows the company to showcase areas of expertise. The set up is designed to be scalable – new focus areas can easily be added. So, the company that now has four major areas of service can grow to offer many more without having to revisit the home page set up or design.

Content Strategy and Writing

Balance Interactive helped Information Innovators position itself in the marketplace by researching competitors and customers and developing a content strategy. The strategy guided the information architecture of the new site, as well as the writing of content for the site.

Content Management with Drupal

Balance Interactive implemented the Drupal content management system. With Drupal, Triple-I staff can add and update content, add contracts, list customers, and showcase case studies. New pages can be added to the navigation with a click.

Interface with Custom Programming

While job opportunities are managed within the Drupal content management system, applications are processed in a custom system developed by Triple-i. Balance Interactive developed a solution that allows staff to easily add additional jobs and application forms. The data is directly written into Triple-i’s custom hiring system.
