Jair Lynch Development Partners wanted to overhaul its website as part of a larger branding initiative. In addition to having a dated design, the company website had become outdated and was difficult to update.

Balance Interactive helped Jair Lynch Development Partners to develop and execute a website strategy that would update the site’s look and feel and organize information in a logical manner. Audience-based navigation was added to customize the site to cater to different audiences. A latest news area was integrated into the home page to keep the site current. The client now has a clean website that is easy to maintain.

Interactive Elements

One of the highlights of the new website is an interactive map. This map was developed using the Google API. Using the map, visitors can view projects according to property type and location. Having the Google name on the Lynch Development Partners website also provides credibility and freshness to the company name.
