



Razorsight needed a fresh new look and feel across its entire site, and wanted to update content for a majority of the site at the same time. This included building a new home page and a new set of internal templates on their Ruby on Rails CMS framework. It also included custom programming a new Flash element to highlight key business offerings. The intent was to increase visibility and improve usability and accessibility for site visitors.
After analyzing competitor sites and current content, Balance Interactive developed a custom website strategy for Razorsight. It included site architecture diagrams and navigation structures that were sure to appeal to their core audiences.
Balance Interactive created a new home page look and feel that incorporated strategic messaging delivered in a dynamic and interactive Flash graphic. The internal pages were transformed with regards to how the information was organized, and it also included new graphics and social media links.
Balance Interactive layered in social media access points and structured the site information to make access to information as easy as possible. ShareThis was implemented to allow customers to easily disseminate information from the site to popular social media tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, as well as allow people to email the pages to themselves and others.
Balance Interactive updated the site content. New pages were created, existing content was improved to maximize impact and pages that were not performing were eliminated. All of this effort led to a greatly improved user experience and a website that effectively highlights Razorsight’s product offerings and industry solutions.
