Balance Interactive knows the importance of customer service. While PRSA National Capital Chapter is a relatively new customer with Balance Interactive, they have personally met with us to discuss challenges we were having with our web page, and helped NCC set goals for the future once our challenges were addressed. The Chapter hears from Balance every week through an email report that breaks down the hours and work accomplished. We can facilitate and execute user testing of architecture and implemented designs in part and in whole, analyze the results of such testing and make recommendations based on the results. User testing is recommended throughout the life of the project at the following stages:
- after prototype or wireframes – to make sure labeling and structure work at a basic level
- after design – to confirm visual elements enhance content
- after build out – to find where improvements can be made
