Balance Interactive will connect with your users in real situations to see how your website performs. We can facilitate and execute user testing of architecture and implemented designs in part and in whole, analyze the results of such testing and make recommendations based on the results. User testing is recommended throughout the life of the project at the following stages:

• after prototype or wireframes – to make sure labeling and structure work at a basic level
• after design – to confirm visual elements enhance content
• after build out – to find where improvements can be made

Testing sessions can be screen- and audio recorded for reference and demonstration.
