Greater Washington BOT Website Redesign

We contracted with Balance for 2 services: 1) to maintain our current website and 2) build a new one. First, Balance Interactive provided exceptional, immediate and attentive website maintenance services. They quickly understood the structure of our 1990’s designed site. Typically, several website content updates were needed on a daily basis. Balance completed tasks within or in advance of the deadline. For the development of a new website, Balance provided a kick-off meeting that allowed us the ability to understand the scope of the project while gaining an appreciation of our goals. Information “about us” and our web users, integrating our web-based data management system and our expectations remained the foundation upon which the website was built. Balance worked well with our project manager and adhered to a chronology of milestones and approvals.
