JoMarie Hoholik

As Project Manager, JoMarie is the primary point of contact for clients to help guide them through the planning, development and delivery of their projects. She works with all types of projects from monthly maintenance packages to reworking parts of a site to full website redesign projects.

Before joining Balance, JoMarie spent 12 years working in and for the non-profit sector. JoMarie served the American Red Cross by managing fundraising campaigns for national disasters as well as leading the disaster fundraising training program. Prior to her tenure at the Red Cross, she worked at The Nature Conservancy in the migratory bird and conservation programs. More recently, JoMarie worked at Northridge Interactive working specifically with non-profit clients in the areas of non-profit fundraising and advocacy, marketing and user experience.

JoMarie holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Norbert College in Environmental Policy, and as part of her degree completed a 3-week field practicum in Kenya while studying International Environment and Development through the American University’s Washington Semester. JoMarie loves the outdoors and spends her time after hours enjoying triathlons and mountain biking with her husband and son. JoMarie can make her own fun on road trips anywhere, has a weakness for shelter pups and has been forbidden by her family from adopting more than the two they have now.
