Tracy Betts

Tracy leads the strategic direction of Balance Interactive while managing new business opportunities and providing valuable support to clients.

Since founding Balance Interactive in 1997 she has maintained a results-driven approach for clients and believes that Balance Interactive creates value for our clients by staying focused on business outcomes. Tracy researches and maintains the highest understanding of emerging technologies. She enjoys leveraging the various web disciplines with her sense for business strategy to ensure optimum results for clients.

Tracy is past-president of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of Leadership Fairfax and has served on numerous boards in the Northern Virginia area. Tracy has continuously championed economic development initiatives in her local community. Today, she speaks frequently to audiences on the topics of social media, online communications and web strategy.

She holds a BS in International Business & Marketing from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. She is an avid mountain biker, runner and adventure racer.
